I am a duel-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), providing trauma-sensitive, integrative massage for both medical rehabilitation clients and individuals seeking holistic wellness support.

I specialize in Swedish massage, Shiatsu (acupressure), Integrative Reflexology and Reiki, using massage therapy as an adjunct to medical care, rehabilitation, counseling, and psychotherapy, as well as a standalone modality for stress reduction, and whole person wellness.

My approach emphasizes nervous system regulation, pain and tension management, body awareness, and restoration of emotional, physical, and spiritual balance. Each session is individualized to address immediate concerns while supporting long-term health and recovery goals.
